Ultimately, only testing will show what the best price for our offer is. But we did a lot of research into the B2C market.

We are absolutely getting all our customers from marketing, but no paid ads yet. It would be awesome if word of mouth will become the main growth driver, but it all depends on how much we want to grow. And you do need a significant number of users to make that work. What we do know is our free-trial to user conversion, which tells us a great deal about if the price is right for the perceived value.

We do have a community, but again, we have far too few users for that to work as a support. Plus, the majority of people that contact us have feature requests/ideas or there are issues with their payments. Nothing the community can help us with.
